Russia mulling denuclearization reward for N. Korea under 'grand bargain'

SEOUL, Jan. 13 (Yonhap) -- Russia can speed up its various economic projects with North Korea as part of a reward for Pyongyang under a "grand bargain" proposed by Seoul that seeks to quickly and completely denuclearize North Korea in a single step, the country's ambassador to South Korea, Konstantin Vnukov, said Tuesday.
