Congressman cites concerns on S. Korea's investment in Iran, links issue with FTA
WASHINGTON, June 13 (Yonhap) -- A senior U.S. congressman expressed strong concerns Wednesday at South Korea's investment ties with Iran as a House resolution was being circulated to prevent free trade agreement (FTA) partners from investing in the Middle East country suspected of trying to build nuclear weapons.
"I am extremely troubled by South Korean investment in Iran," Rep. Brad Sherman told Yonhap.
