SEOUL, May 10 (Yonhap) -- A press event for "Wok of Love" took place at the SBS headquarters in Seoul on May 4, 2018. The romantic comedy centers around a shabby Chinese restaurant that's struggling.

Owner Doo Chil-sung (played by Jang Hyuk) operates the restaurant and gives jobs to former gang members. One day, talented chef Seo Poong (Lee Jun-ho) and bankrupt chaebol heiress Dan Sae-woo (Jung Ryeo-won) visit him to ask for his help to get back on their feet.

Written by Seo Sook-hyang of "Pasta" and "Don't Dare to Dream," the drama premiered at 10 p.m. on Monday, following the end of the show, "Should We Kiss First?"
