Apple's Korean supplier denies bribing ex-Apple manager
SEOUL, Aug. 17 (Yonhap) -- Cresyn Co., a South Korean supplier of earphones for Apple Inc., denied Tuesday that it had bribed a former Apple manager to obtain the U.S. company's trade secrets.

Apple has filed a civil lawsuit against former manager Paul Devine, accusing him of receiving kickbacks from Cresyn and other Asian suppliers in return for leaking confidential information to them. Devine is now on trial in the United States on 23 counts of charges, including bribery, money laundering and fraud.
