DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, Feb. 20 (Yonhap) -- South Korea must get approval from Baghdad if it wants to develop oil fields in Iraq, a spokesman for the Iraq's oil ministry said Wednesday.
In a phone interview with Yonhap News Agency, Assem Jihad said South Korea or any other country wanting to develop energy resources in Iraq must go through due process established by the central government.
