WASHINGTON, Oct. 15 (Yonhap) -- Japan's chief nuclear envoy, Akitaka Saiki, will be visiting Washington for two days until Friday to discuss North Korea's nuclear dismantlement, the State Department said Thursday.

Saiki will meet with Kurt Campbell, assistant secretary of state for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, Stephen Bosworth, special representative for North Korea policy, Sung Kim, special envoy for the six-party talks, and Phil Goldberg, coordinator for implementation of U.N. Security Council Resolution 1874, to discuss North Korean issues, deputy spokesman Robert Wood said.
