SEOUL, Oct. 21 (Yonhap) -- A group of 37 South Korean business leaders working abroad will visit the Kaesong Industrial Complex this week to sound out the feasibility of potential businesses there, the unification ministry said Tuesday.

They belong to the Korean Council for Reconciliation and Cooperation, which campaigns for the reunification of Korea.

"They plan to make a one-day trip to the Kaesong complex on Wednesday," the ministry said.

They will check business conditions there, it added.

More than 120 South Korean small and mid-size companies employ about 50,000 North Korean workers at the park just north of the heavily-armed inter-Korean border.
