(5th LD) Military chopper crashes, killing seven

SEOUL, Feb. 20 (Yonhap) -- An army helicopter crashed early Wednesday morning, killing all seven servicemembers on board and prompting the Army chief of staff to order an immediate suspension of all flights by the same type of aircraft, Army officials said.
The chopper, a UH-1H, is believed to have crashed around 1:10 a.m. near a mountain in Yangpyong, Gyeonggi province, while returning to its base after dropping off an emergency patient at a military hospital near Seoul.
