S. Korea's health watchdog lifts sales ban on 24 medical products
SEOUL, April 17 (Yonhap) -- South Korea's health authorities said Friday that they have lifted a sales ban on 24 medical products subject to a recent recall order sparked by fears over asbestos contamination.
The move was made as the products in question were proven not to contain asbestos-contaminated material or their sales period had already expired, the Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA) said in a statement.
