SEOUL, Sept. 3 (Yonhap) -- South Korea and the U.S. are set to launch a new round of joint drills off the Korean Peninsula's west coast, military officials of the two allies said Friday, in their latest display of force targeting North Korea.
The anti-submarine warfare exercises in the Yellow Sea, to be conducted Sunday to Thursday, are the second in a planned series of combined military maneuvers in response to the March 26 sinking of one of its warships by North Korea.
