It said the subscription rate, that includes installment costs for the equipment and basic telecommunications fees, has been set at 66,000 won (US$58.5) per month for those who agree to use the equipment for a minimum of two years.
For those who opt for a three-year installment program, the monthly cost has been set at 56,000 won although exact fees depend on if customers apply for extra services.
The Android-running Galaxy Tab features a 7-inch screen, which is larger than those used on smartphones, and boasts enhanced mobility compared to laptop computers as they come without keyboards.
