YEONPYEONG ISLAND, South Korea, Nov. 25 (Yonhap) -- Almost all of the remaining Yeonpyeong Island residents will evacuate ahead of a planned joint military exercise next week, their emergency committee said Thursday, while cleanup and recovery efforts were still underway on the west sea island devastated by North Korea's artillery attack.
