Lee to hold summit talks with Turkish president on upgrading ties
ANKARA -- South Korean President Lee Myung-bak is to meet Turkish President Abdullah Gul on Monday for summit talks aimed at upgrading the traditional friendship and expanding economic cooperation between the two countries.
