SEOUL, March 27 (Yonhap) -- President Lee Myung-bak and Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard urged North Korea Tuesday to call off its plan to launch a long-range rocket, saying the move is a violation of a U.N. Security Council resolution.

The two leaders met on the sidelines of the Nuclear Security Summit under way in Seoul.
