SEOUL, Jan. 14 (Yonhap) -- Samsung Electronics Co., the world's leading smartphone and memory chip maker, said Monday that it has sold more than 100 million units of its Galaxy S smartphones around the world in less than three years.
Samsung Electronics said sales of Galaxy S, Galaxy S2 and Galaxy S3 phones reached about 25 million, 40 million and 41 million units, respectively since their separate releases.
