WB all set to help N. Korea but 'political breakthrough' needed: Kim

WASHINGTON, Nov. 24 (Yonhap) -- The World Bank Group (WBG) will immediately provide North Korea with aid in the event of a "political breakthrough" akin to that in Myanmar, the head of the Washington-based institution said.
"We stand ready to help North Korea," Jim Yong Kim said at a round-table meeting with some reporters here Friday.
