SEOUL, March 13 (Yonhap) -- South Korea's foreign and environment ministries agreed Tuesday to enhance cooperation on climate change, fine dust pollution and the environmental industry.

Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha and Environment Minister Kim Eun-kyung held a policy consultation meeting on environmental diplomacy.

The ministers pledged to cooperate in formulating national implementation guidelines for the Paris Agreement and promoting the country's efforts to fight climate change in the international community, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

They also agreed to work together to boost cooperation with China in reducing fine dust pollution and to help Korean companies and workers advance to the global environmental market, the ministry noted.
