SEOUL (Yonhap) -- The following is a chronological review of major developments related to North Korea from Nov. 26-Dec. 2.
26 The (North) Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) says North Korean leader Kim Jong-il gave field guidance to the Oguk Co-op Farm in Anak County.
27 Kim Yong-nam, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly (SPA), sends a message of greetings to Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz, president of Mauritania, on the 49th anniversary of its independence.
27 The KCNA says Kim Jong-il inspected the Command of (North) Korean People's Army (KPA) Navy Combined Unit 587.
28 Kim Yong-nam sends a message of greetings to Mahmoud Abbas, chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization and chief of the Palestinian National Authority, for "World Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People".
28 Premier Kim Yong-il sends a message of greetings to Sali Berisha, prime minister of Albania, on its national day.
29 The KCNA says Kim Jong-il provided field guidance at a goat farm of Seoul Ryu Kyong Su 105 Guards Tank Division of the KPA and a cotton farm under KPA Unit 1596.
29 Premier Kim Yong-il sends a message of greetings to Barbadian Prime Minister David Thompson on the 43rd anniversary of its independence.
29 The KCNA says Kim Jong-il inspected a battalion under KPA Unit 109, honored with the title of O Jung Hup-led 7th Regiment.
29 The KCNA says Kim Jong-il provided field guidance to the newly built Sokjong Pig Farm and the Sokjong Factory for Producing Sliced Vegetables Preserved in Soy Sauce.

30 A Ugandan government delegation headed by Namuyangu Kachya Jenipher Byakatonda, minister of State for Water of the Ministry of Water and Environment, flies into Pyongyang.

1 Premier Kim Yong-il sends a message of greetings to Bouasone Bouphavanh, prime minister of Laos, on the 34th anniversary of the founding of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
1 A delegation of the Chinese National People's Congress led by Chen Zhili, vice chairwoman of its Standing Committee, lays a wreath before the bust of anti-Japanese heroine Kim Jong-suk at the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt. Taesong. The delegation also placed a wreath before the Friendship Tower.
