(2nd LD) S. Korean FM in Beijing for talks on N. Korea, regional cooperation

BEIJING, March 17 (Yonhap) -- South Korean Foreign Minister Yu Myung-hwan arrived in Beijing on Wednesday for a meeting with his Chinese counterpart, Yang Jiechi, for discussions on ways to boost cooperation between their countries and bring North Korea back to international nuclear negotiations.
The Yu-Yang meeting, to be held here Thursday, comes as North Korea refuses to attend the six-nation nuclear talks until the removal of U.N. sanctions and start of discussions for a peace treaty.
