SEOUL, Dec. 28 (Yonhap) -- For years, officials and security experts in nations surrounding an unpredictable North Korea have warned of a nightmare scenario: the sudden death of Kim Jong-il that could trigger a chaotic power struggle at home and an implosion of the communist regime.
