N. Korea's new leadership backs gas pipeline project: Russian envoy
MOSCOW, Feb. 2 (Yonhap) -- North Korea's new leader Kim Jong-un backs a project to build a natural gas pipeline linking Russia and South Korea via the North, Moscow's top envoy to Pyongyang said Thursday.
Russian Ambassador to North Korea Valery Sukhinin made the remark in an interview with the Interfax news agency, saying the North's new leadership headed by Kim supports all agreements the country signed with Russia.
