Investigation finds alleged death over cell phone explosion a 'phony'
CHEONGJU, South Korea, Nov. 30 (Yonhap) -- Police said Friday what earlier appeared to be the first death in South Korea by a cell phone explosion was an accidental homicide by a co-worker driving heavy equipment.
The police said the co-worker, identified by only by his surname Kwon, 58, has been arrested on charges of running over the 33-year-old victim.
