KT, Apple sign product tie-up MOU
SEOUL, Oct. 8 (Yonhap) -- KT Corp., South Korea's leading broadband service provider, said Wednesday it signed a tentative deal with Apple Corp. to cooperate in providing high-speed Internet services bundled with the U.S. company's products.
The memorandum of understanding signed with Apple Korea calls for cooperation in combining WiBro, a third generation-based communications technology, with Apple's hit products such as the MacBook laptops and iPod media players, KT said in a statement.
