SEOUL, April 24 (Yonhap) -- South Korean electronics parts maker Samsung Electro-Mechanics Co. has been cleared in the United States of suspicions that it infringed on patent rights of a Japanese electronics component maker, the local firm said Sunday.
The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), the trade investigative agency in the United States, has dismissed the last of four patent-infringement charges raised by Murata Manufacturing Co., based in Kyoto, according to the local company.
