SEOUL, May 4 (Yonhap) -- Sales of Samsung Electronics Co.'s Galaxy S2 smartphone in South Korea topped 120,000 units just three days after its launch, outpacing the initial sales of its predecessor, industry sources said Wednesday.
During the first three days of sales, SK Telecom Co. activated 65,000 units and KT Corp. sold 40,000 units, according to the companies. LG Uplus Corp., the smallest mobile carrier, said it sold 15,000 of the handsets.
